The only equipment you need with hatha yoga is a body. Hatha yoga can be practiced where the body will fit. For years all I had to accompany me was a candle and a blanket with enough space but after that anywhere I feel the need be it in my apartment, on the blacktop at the basketball court, on the lawn or out in the forest, My favorite place is on the beach.
