Just wondering where I can get a free copy of the weight watchers points system. Don't want to join weight watchers just want to lose weight with their system. If you could give me a website where I can get the list of their points I would be really grateful. Thanks. that one was ok but it is in brittish stones for weight. :)

When you join weight watchers, you are not obligated beyond the first meeting. Just join for the first meeting and purchase the books and you will have what you need. I do think joining and staying a member will result in more weight loss vs. doing it alone.
